How quickly will someone get back to me?

A real person calls back, usually the same day. If it's urgent, say so and we'll move it up.

Do I need to be home for the estimate?

For most exterior work, no — though it's easier if you are, because you'll have questions once we've looked.

Will you try to sell me something bigger than I asked for?

We'll tell you what we found and what it would cost to fix now versus later. What you do about it is your call.

How do I pay?

Ask when we're out. We'll tell you what we take and whether there's a deposit before we order materials.
